Our mobile homes and cottages are available in four ranges – 2, 3, 4 Fleurs and Premium – to suit every type of stay and family composition. The Premium range includes cottages with private spa on terrace, a double module cottage for up to 8 people with 3 bathrooms, and an XXL terrace option. Bed linen, towels, dishwasher and baby kit are included in the 4 Fleurs and Premium ranges.

Our pitches are set in a large wooded park along the Gardon river. In September, finding a pitch with a view of the river becomes easier than in high season. Some 4-flower pitches have private sanitary facilities – a welcome convenience for a quiet start to the morning.

As for the Lac de Cazaux et Sanguinet, it retains its gentle character. The water is temperate and transparent, and the two white-sand beaches bordering the campsite can finally be enjoyed without fighting for a spot.

Heated pool area
L’water park remains one of the campsite’s strong points, and September is no different. Our indoor heated swimming pool welcomes you whatever the weather. The wild river, wave pool, slides, family pool and paddling pools for the little ones are all accessible. The covered area – 2,500 m² indoors – ensures that children can take full advantage of the water park, even if the sky decides to be indecisive.
In September, heated outdoor pools extend the days in the sun for as long as the temperature allows.
The beaches of the lake, just a stone’s throw from your accommodation
Direct access to the lake is one of La Rive‘s most valuable assets. From the campsite, it’s just a short stroll to our two white sandy beaches on the edge of a shallow body of water – ideal for families with young children. In September, these beaches enjoy a rare calm. The lake water remains pleasant for swimming, and the atmosphere is more contemplative, more real.
From these same beaches, you can practice or discover the water sports offered by our local partner: kayaking, paddle, sailing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, pedalos and boat hire. As for the Atlantic Ocean, it’s just a twenty-minute drive away – the waves at Biscarrosse-Plage are still within easy reach for a day’s surfing or swimming.
Activities and entertainment maintained
The kids’ club runs all season long: Babies, Kids, Juniors and Teens each have their own program. Sports activities – aquafun, beach volleyball, mini-golf, pétanque – continue. The 150 m² retro-gaming arcade, bungee trampolines and inflatable games are still available. And in September, you can enjoy the two padel courts in a less busy environment, which is often the best time to get started.
Our 250 m² wellness area – with steam room, sauna, whirlpool baths, treatments and massage cabins – is also open. September is perhaps the best time to enjoy it: after a morning of swimming or cycling, an hour at the spa takes on a whole new dimension.
Biscarrosse and surroundings in September: the right time to explore
Biscarrosse lies at the heart of a rare landscape: pine forest, lake, ocean and dunes. In September, you’ll discover the surroundings in a whole new way. The trails around Lac de Cazaux and Sanguinet can be explored on foot or by bike, in a light that flatters every landscape. The Vélodyssée, Europe’s major cycle route, passes just 50 m from the campsite – a direct invitation to pedal south or north along the Atlantic coast.
The region also abounds in destinations within easy reach by wheel or car. The Arcachon basin and its oyster-farming villages, the lakes of Parentis en Born, the forests of the Landes de Gascogne regional nature park: all of these are best discovered out of season, when the roads are clear and the sites rediscover their authenticity.
