Water sports activities in the Landes
During your camping holiday in the Landes region, you’ll be able to enjoy an active holiday with your family, thanks to the activities on offer in the area. In fact, you’ll have the chance to take part in a wide range of water sports, including surfing, stand-up paddling, kitesurfing, pedal-boating, wakeboarding and even jet-skiing!
Leisure parks to discover
Our campsite in the Landes offers a wide range of family activities to suit everyone. With tennis, aquagym, ping-pong, kitesurfing, canoeing, jet-skiing and much more, it’s impossible to get bored. And there are plenty of leisure parks for the whole family to enjoy!
Near the La Rive campsite, you’ll find the Aquapark park, which in 2017 became the world’s largest inflatable water park. With slides over 8 m high and a giant human catapult, it’s sure to delight thrill-seekers! There’s also the Bisc’Aventure accrobranche park, with its various courses that will appeal to both the youngest and the most daredevil adults.
La Rive water park in Biscarrosse
The La Rive campsite in the Landes offers a vast water park of over 6500 m². Enjoy the indoor heated wave pool, a river with currents, 6 slides and the “Water Rush”.
The outdoor park will appeal to the most adventurous, and our Wild River will give you an unforgettable experience! You can also experience the slides of our Water Rush, with a bucket discharging over 3500 liters every 10 minutes!
The less intrepid can relax in our gently flowing river. You can also swim without limits in our 30-metre swim lane!
For our youngest guests, 2 paddling pools are dedicated to discovering the joys of swimming in complete safety. They’ll find plenty of water games and smaller slides to suit their size! You’ll also be able to take full advantage of water games, whatever the weather, in our 3,370 m² covered and heated area, at 26°C.
Unmissable bike rides
145 km of cycle paths link Biscarrosse, Gastes, Ychoux, Parentis en Born, Ste Eulalie en Born and Sanguinet. To the north, they run through the forest to the Arcachon Basin, then along the ocean and the Pilat Dune. So you can cycle all over the region and discover its fabulous, varied landscapes.
The Great Lakes region is criss-crossed by the Vélodyssée, a not-to-be-missed itinerary of over 8,000 km (including around 1,200 km in France). In the Landes region, the route stretches for 163 km along the coast from Biscarrosse to Tarnos.
