The Itinerary
The cycle route is easy to understand, and is on its own site, except for the section through Biscarrosse. The track is a little uneven between Biscarrosse-plage and the nearest relay points. Watch out for the Dénivelée stage. You’ll meet her on the way to the beach and the town of Biscarrosse.

If you want to take your bikes on a tour, you can relax at the La Rive campsite. You can then return to your accommodation (rental or pitch) to relax and recharge your batteries. This will make getting around Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat in the Arcachon Basin easier, as you can leave your bikes or car there in complete safety. Visit the Atlantic Ocean coast, Mimizan beach and Parentis during your cycling stopover. Finally, some journeys can be long on two wheels, so you can easily get around Bayonne by train or bus from Bayonne to Biscarrosse.
